OpenParcels is a free land-registry map. Click a plot to see its area, its planning zone where available, nearby sale prices and the climate risks of the area.
What the site does
- Cadastral maps of France, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Spain, and building footprints everywhere else.
- Sale prices where open data exists (France, England and Wales), with a page per town or district.
- Climate and soil tab: heat, rain and drought by 2050, natural hazards, rooftop solar potential.
- No sign-up, no account.

Where the data comes from
Public, open sources only: national land registries (Etalab, Kadaster, swisstopo, Catastro), HM Land Registry, DVF, IGN, Open-Meteo, PVGIS, OpenStreetMap. Licences are listed in the legal notice.
How the site is funded
By clearly labelled ads: spaces booked by local professionals, affiliate links and Google ads. Advertisers have no say over the data shown.
