OpenParcels is a free land-registry map: click a plot to see its area, its planning zone where available, nearby sale prices and the climate risks of the area. This page gathers what you need to quote or reuse our figures.
Coverage
- Official cadastral maps of France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain and four German states (Berlin, Brandenburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse).
- Actual sale prices in France (DVF, French tax administration) and in England and Wales (Price Paid Data, HM Land Registry).
- Median prices per m² for 33,045 French communes, published as an open dataset.
Median price method
French prices are medians per m², computed from the sales recorded by the tax administration (geolocated DVF, Etalab) over the latest 24 months available, i.e. sales from 2024 and 2025. Flats and houses per m² of floor area, building land per m² of land.
No median is published below 20 sales; rankings require 30 sales per town or département. Figures are aggregated: no individual sale, no name, no property address.
Updated every month, after each DVF release.
