What the API returns

One call, one parcel. The key goes in the Authorization header. Coverage: France, wherever the cadastral map exists.

parcel: Cadastral identifier, official area, computed area and perimeter, GeoJSON geometry
address: Nearest address (Base Adresse Nationale)
zoning: Zone of the local land-use plan (PLU or PLUi) and its label (Géoportail de l’Urbanisme)
market: Median prices per m² and sales counts, within 500 m over 36 months and in the municipality (DVF)
exposure: Parcel orientation in degrees and its direction
usage: Calls used and left this month

The rules

Official sources
DGFiP cadastral map, Base Adresse Nationale, Géoportail de l’Urbanisme and DVF, all under the Etalab Open Licence 2.0. Every response cites its sources.
Sales without identity
DVF prices are medians and counts. No names, no sale linked to a person.
Country by country
A country joins the API once its licence allows commercial reuse. France is open; the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain and Germany will follow once checked.
